Good food, at a good price. Service and staff were great. They know how to cook a steak, medium rare was medium rare. Thank you, we will be back.
Visited as was staying in the hotel near by. Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Veggie option I wanted wasn't available so they very happily made me something else. Very impressed
Poor hospitality and unwelcoming on arrival and that's from the manager who's front of house! Had my elderly mother of eighty seven with us who was recoving from a hospital stay and who's in a wheelchair. The manager led us to where a table was available but it wasn't very suitable to get to. Was then advised if my mother could walk to the table as to get past two diners. Asked if another table was available and told no despite visibly seeing other tables empty.We managed to ask the gusts to move, who were happy to do so. The manager commented that she couldn't ask her guests to move.We was not made welcome and not given the lunchtime menu Where Ihad to return to the front desk and ask the manager. Her whole attitude is that of annoyance and of being put out by ourselves. The food was OK but the place and chips was the poorest quality I have ever seen. And OK the meal was cheap but come on. I would have been better off staying at home having fish fingers !
I love this place and the staff are first class always smiling and always give you the time of day to have a chat and make sure you're happy with food and service.. recommended to all five star.. xx
