I would like to say a massive thank you to Kayleigh "the young blonde woman who is relatively short" (as being described in other reviews) for always being so polite and nice to my daughter and I, for all the hard work she puts in to keep the loo clean. I noticed she goes beyond the call of duty to keep it clean. I have also witnessed her working very hard to keep the platforms clean. Some might say it's her job but others might think it's important to acknowledge people's hard work.People should try speaking to Kayleigh with respect, maybe then they might get the respect back because at the end of the day her job is not to put up with absolute rudeness.Bearstead station is a very nice station compared to Maidstone East where staff are very dismissive, even when people speak to them nicely.A big thank you to Annette at Beezoo for being an amazing person and putting a smile on everyone's faces in the morning. Her positivity and sense of humour is priceless.
There is a young blonde woman who works at this station who is incredibly rude and dismissive. She kept interrupting me and is extremely unapproachable. Completely unacceptable service.

Has a lift from platform to bridge so disabled travel is possible and a ticket office which is sometimes open. No toilets seen
Attendend and was served by a younge blonde women relatively short - I explained we where travelling to London and had no idea of routes and prices she stated traveling around London wasn't down to her and was very abrupt she wasn't very approachable from the second we arrived the older male who works there is a assett to the station she isnt
