Annabelle Jane is a fantastic tutor. I have done at least six courses with Annabelle and the cakes I have taken home after have always been fantastic. Nothing is too much for Annabelle and her knowledge of all things cake is amazing. Because of Annabelle's unending patience and guidance I am even considering making cakes professionally and this wouldn't have happened with Annabelle.
Everything you need to learn and advance in cake decorating. Very well run school with courses for all abilities and experience. Annabelle Jane has years of knowledge to pass on and does so in a friendly and supportive way. The shop is well stocked too and its great to have it on the doorstep! Cake decorating has become a serious hobby after some three years with Annabelles support and advice.
