Absolutely dreadful service. Had my work van over 3 weeks (after coming out to assess it & saying it will only take 1 week) resulting in me having to pay for a hire van for over 2 weeks (used up annual leave for the 1 week they originally said) Not kept in the loop at all, having to keep chasing them up to find out what's going on?? Several times I called them & was told they would call me back to let me know what's going on, & each time they never called me back. Dreadful service & such a blas attitude to the knock on effects of their poor service.
Took over 4 weeks to get a bumper and the day it's suppose to be fitted it's just turned up wouldn't recommend this place if last place on earth and don't give a care less Although the fitter was good as gold
Rude aggressive unprofessional people. Keept our car for two months. Fixed unprofessionaly one problem and created another one in our car costing us 350.00. Avoid at any time.
Not a very secure site the fence Is falling down leaving your cars vulnerable
